How do I get assets onto Solana?

Open the terminal — it already points at SOL. Choose whatever you're sending (USDT on Tron, ETH on any L2, BTC, XMR), paste your Solana address, and send the deposit. One hop, no intermediate swap, no account. Leaving Solana is the same flow with the two sides reversed.

What is $VANISH?

$VANISH is the governance token, planned to launch on Solana via pump.fun. It has not launched yet: any token trading under that name today is not ours. When it goes live, the official contract address will be published on the token page and our official channels only.

Do I need to create an account or complete KYC?

Accepted Answer

No. vanish is designed to be used without registration or identity. You pick your pair, paste your receiving address, send your deposit, and track the order with the link you get. For the vast majority of swaps no identity verification is ever requested. In rare cases flagged by a liquidity partner's own compliance systems, that partner may hold an order pending checks — see our AML policy for exactly when that can happen.

What does Private mode actually do?

Standard private routing sends your order through a single hop that leaves no on-chain link between the asset you deposited and the one you received. Advanced private routing fragments the order across several venues, each with an optional time delay, all delivering to your one destination address — so no single venue sees the whole amount and the timing doesn't line up either.

What do you know about me?

Accepted Answer

As little as the swap needs. We see the deposit, the destination address and the order's technical details — that is what routes it. There is no name, email, phone or document anywhere in the flow. We run no third-party analytics or ad trackers; the only measurement is first-party, and connecting a wallet only reads its public address. Our privacy policy lists everything we process, in plain language.

Is a swap on vanish anonymous?

It is private, and honest about the limits. Blockchains are public: the deposit you send and the payout you receive are both visible on their chains. What vanish removes is the account, the identity, and — in Private mode — the link between the two. If you need the strongest guarantees, swap from a privacy coin like Monero, use Private mode, and receive to a fresh address.

How does vanish get me the best rate?

For every quote we compare pricing across multiple liquidity providers and exchange networks, then route your order through the path that gives you the most on the other side after all fees. You always see the exact amount you'll receive before you commit — no hidden spread.

What is the difference between an instant and a fixed rate?

Accepted Answer

An instant (floating) rate follows the market: it can move slightly between the moment you create the order and the moment your deposit confirms, and it usually gives a marginally better price. A fixed rate locks the exchange rate the instant you create the order, so you know the exact amount you'll receive — as long as you deposit within the countdown window.

What are the fees?

One all-in quote. The amount shown as 'you receive' already includes the routing fee and the network fee for delivering to your address. The only thing not included is the fee your own wallet charges to send the deposit, which vanish never touches.

How long does a swap take?

Accepted Answer

Solana-to-Solana settles in seconds. Stables and EVM assets into Solana typically land in one to three minutes. Chains that need many confirmations — Bitcoin, Monero, Litecoin — are bound by their own block times and take ten to thirty minutes. Every quote shows a live ETA before you commit.

How do I track my order?

Every order has a page at vanish.cash/order/<id> that updates automatically: deposit detected, routing, and delivery to your wallet, with the on-chain proof at each step. Bookmark it, or paste the order ID on the Track page. Nothing about the order is tied to an account, so the link is the only key — keep it.

What if I send the wrong amount, or the rate moves?

Accepted Answer

Floating orders simply fill at the current market rate for whatever amount arrives, as long as it's above the minimum. Fixed-rate orders that receive a different amount, or arrive after the countdown, are refunded to the refund address you gave at creation — minus network fees.

Can I choose which venue my order routes through?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The default Auto route compares the whole market and picks the best price, but the Route selector lets you pin an order to a specific venue. Every venue we list is verified working end to end.
